District Sales Manager, ENT

Job Description

Join Medtronic as a District Sales Manager for ENT products and drive sales success in the assigned district. Assist in achieving therapy product sales and marketing objectives. Conduct field visits, meetings, and calls to train and develop employees in sales skills and product expertise. Coordinate sales efforts and align with corporate and district goals. Recruit and interview qualified candidates to expand the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience OR an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience. 2. Proven track record of successful medical sales, preferably with RTG products. 3. Experience in sales and personnel management functions. 4. Knowledge of the RTG assigned product/therapy customer base. 5. Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas. 6. Valid driver's license.
