District Sales Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a District Sales Manager and lead your district to achieve outstanding sales results through consistent store visits and a visible presence. You will be responsible for proactively implementing recruiting and hiring strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels, fostering a strong talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future expansions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store leadership to predict staffing needs, reduce vacancies, and minimize turnover through strategic hiring and effective onboarding practices. Develop and mentor top talent, enabling their success in retail through coaching and in-store demonstrations aimed at achieving high-performance sales. Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance execution across the district. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cash controls, and in-store merchandising efforts. Cultivate strong relationships with store leaders, sharing valuable market insights and recommendations with senior leadership. Lead by example, embodying a customer-first mindset, making ethical, results-oriented decisions, and actively participating alongside your team in stores.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree preferred 2. 3-5 years of retail or sales experience preferred 3. 3 years of multi-location sales management experience preferred 4. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to support the team, including evenings and weekends 5. Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% to support stores and teams within the district 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time across multiple locations
