Distributor Network Manager
Job Description
Aroa Biosurgery is seeking a Distributor Network Manager to spearhead our expansion. You'll be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-caliber independent distributors. Essential duties include delivering comprehensive training on clinical use, reimbursement processes, and product expertise. You will support contract negotiations, define performance targets, conduct routine performance monitoring, and offer continuous coaching. Cultivate robust distributor relationships while serving as the primary regional point of contact. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to bolster field achievements. Analyze market patterns and implement strategies to stimulate growth. Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines. Champion superior distribution practices, assist in precise sales reporting, and synchronize commission structures. Deliver recurring performance updates and market analysis to leadership.
Qualifications
1. Must have 5+ years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, with leadership or network management experience. 2. Preferred experience within distribution networks, such as MiMedx, Organogenesis, or similar distributors, ideally within an outpatient setting. 3. Proven success building and growing independent distributor networks. 4. Strong knowledge of wound care, HOPD reimbursement, and spine/orthopaedic markets. 5. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. 6. Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. 7. Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
