Distribution Channel Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Distribution Channel Sales Manager to spearhead our North American distribution strategy. You will design and implement a structured distribution program, owning a distributor-led revenue model. Key responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, ensuring revenue accountability, and enabling sales through training, joint sales calls, field engagement, and site visits. You'll build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking KPIs such as revenue performance and partner activity. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams is essential for channel success.
Qualifications
1. Requires 5-10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management. 2. A background in door hardware, access control, or the security industry is essential. 3. Proven success in building revenue models driven by distribution and sell-through is needed. 4. Experience working with national distributors is a plus. 5. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills are a must. 6. Willingness and ability to travel across North America is necessary.
