Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree. 2. Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering and Solution Architecture. 3. Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Design Patterns. 4. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). 5. Exhibit at least 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, including Event-Driven and Real-Time Architectures. 6. Accumulate 10+ years of professional experience coding in widely-used languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. 7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the SDLC and systems design principles for reliable and maintainable systems. 8. Have experience leading teams to enhance testing and deployment processes, and improving data products to meet CI/CD standards. 9. Show experience in applying Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning concepts to solve engineering challenges (e.g., anomaly detection, test optimization). 10. Possess deep practical knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, chaos engineering, and modern Observability tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Tracing).
