Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Transition & Transformation to lead the onboarding of new Global Occupier Services clients. This role involves managing end-to-end transition execution, developing integrated transition strategies, and guiding teams through implementation and stabilization. Key responsibilities include partnering with HR and service line leaders to deliver change-ready teams, acting as a trusted advisor for clients, managing interdependencies across service lines, ensuring technology integration, and measuring transition performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. 5+ years of program leadership experience within Commercial Real Estate, Occupier Services, or complex service delivery environments. 3. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level onboarding, transition, or transformation initiatives across functions and geographies. 4. Strong understanding of Occupier Services delivery models, including Facility Management, Project Management, and Integrated Portfolio Management. 5. Proven ability to operate with senior client and internal executives. 6. Strong executive communication, governance discipline, and decision-making capability. 7. PROSCI certification preferred but not required.
