Job Description

Take the lead in shaping and executing the national thought leader engagement strategy to boost the pre-launch and launch phases of Rina-S. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Gynecologic Oncology at both national and regional levels. Keep a close watch on trends within the gynecologic oncology field that could influence the acceptance of Rina-S. Act as the main point of contact between Genmab and top KOLs, medical experts, and influential figures. Spearhead the planning and coordination of thought leader activities at major oncology conferences and scientific gatherings. Find, train, and assess members for the Rina-S speaker bureau. Ensure a superior KYSO (Knock Your Socks Off) customer experience by fostering teamwork across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access within Genmab. Share valuable insights from interactions with thought leaders to guide brand strategy and launch preparations. Establish solid partnerships across various Genmab teams. Oversee essential engagement projects, schedules, and financial plans.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree is a must; a master's degree is preferable. 2. Must have over 10 years of experience in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management. 3. For the Associate Director, TLE role, a minimum of 8 years in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is needed. 4. Candidates applying for the Director, TLE level role should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in engaging with Gynecologic Oncology thought leaders. 5. Having existing relationships with national and regional Gyn/Onc KOLs is an advantage. 6. A strong grasp of the gynecologic oncology treatment landscape is essential. 7. Prior experience with oncology product launches is highly desirable. 8. Must demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership skills in cross-functional settings. 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary. 10. Should be able to travel within the country for 2–3 nights each week, occasionally including weekends for attending congresses and conferences.
