Job Description
Drive talent acquisition strategy to boost business growth and workforce planning. Lead enterprise Talent Acquisition, staffing the organization with high-caliber talent efficiently and cost-effectively. Craft a compelling employer value proposition (EVP) that sets the organization apart. Oversee talent acquisition models, vendor strategy (RPO, agencies, tech partners), and global governance. Use data, automation, and AI to enhance hiring decisions. Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to elevate external brand presence. Offer strategic leadership for impactful recruiting programs. Direct end-to-end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to compliance. Innovate employer branding to attract candidates. Partner with hiring managers on staffing and leadership coaching. Develop recruiting metrics to track recruiter performance. Manage recruiting vendors and leadership requisitions.
Qualifications
1. Requires 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience. 2. Requires 6+ years managing a team of recruiters. 3. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 4. Requires knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems. 5. Requires excellent executive communication and presentation skills. 6. Requires ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders. 7. Requires strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
