Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 2. 5+ years in workforce development, talent placement, recruiting, or employer partnerships. 3. Proven ability to design and scale impactful programs. 4. Strong business development skills with employer relationship expertise. 5. Analytical mindset to translate data into action. 6. Experience across multiple regions preferred. 7. Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder skills. 8. Ability to operate strategically in a fast-paced setting.
