Job Description
Lead a team of Marketplace Managers dedicated to Walmart.com, fostering a high-performance culture and platform expertise. Manage the Walmart channel P&L, driving financial improvement through automation and process enhancements tailored to Walmart's ecosystem. Cultivate strategic relationships with Walmart's partner managers and internal merchandising to develop promotional plans aligned with Walmart's events. Proactively address marketplace policy changes, partnering with technology teams to optimize operational systems. Collaborate with merchandising to optimize assortment and pricing for Walmart customers, setting targets for Walmart Connect and ensuring execution against revenue goals. Mentor the team to build trust, ownership, and invest in each member's growth in marketplace leadership.
Qualifications
1. 7+ Years of People Leadership: Experience managing teams in a corporate or high-growth setting. 2. 7+ Years in Walmart Ecommerce: Familiarity with Walmart.com, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and seller standards. 3. P&L Management: Experience owning a P&L and making data-driven decisions. 4. Business Development: Ability to identify new opportunities within the Walmart ecosystem. 5. Extensive Negotiation: Experience negotiating with platform partners and stakeholders.
