Director – Revenue Integrity

Job Description

Drive accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture across services at Stanford Health Care. Prevent revenue leakage and compliance risk through standardized charge capture, pricing governance, CDM management, revenue reconciliation, and analytics. Act as a liaison between Revenue Cycle, clinical departments, and the School of Medicine. Partner with various departments to ensure transparent, auditable, and aligned charging and billing processes with financial objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field. 2. Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and related work experience. 3. Proven progressive leadership experience in revenue integrity, CDM management, charge capture, or healthcare finance. 4. Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle workflows, and regulatory requirements. 5. Membership in HFMA, NAHRI, or AHIMA is preferred.
