Director, Provider Interventions

Job Description

Thyme Care is seeking a Director to spearhead our provider intervention and drug incentive programs. This role involves shaping strategy, defining success metrics, and guiding the rollout of new interventions. Key responsibilities include evaluating program performance, partnering with Commercial Directors, and developing sales strategies. The Director will collaborate with Product and Product Operations to design dashboards and tools, address adoption blockers, and serve as a client-facing leader. Performance tracking, KPI definition, and translating data into recommendations are also crucial aspects of the role. This position offers a chance to significantly improve oncology care delivery.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of healthcare experience, focusing on provider engagement or clinical program implementation. 2. Proven ability to build and scale provider-facing programs, defining strategy and measuring outcomes. 3. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with product, data, operations, and commercial teams. 4. Direct experience working with physician practices and building trusted relationships. 5. Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies for healthcare programs. 6. Proficiency in defining KPIs and building reporting frameworks for program performance. 7. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
