Job Description

Lead a team of Digital Technology ERP process managers/owners, fostering team growth in process and technical knowledge, aligning with GE Vernova principles. Build strong partnerships with functional stakeholders, collaborating with business, functional partners, and technology leadership to define a strategic roadmap of ERP Digital Capabilities. Drive scope, practices, and IT strategy for central Finance processes, developing a target process model and solution design for productivity and alignment across all stakeholders, utilizing lean methodology and emerging technologies like AI. Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team. Manage risk and dependencies between organizations, establishing governance with key performance indicators and reporting cadences. Drive ERP landscape simplification, collaborating with value stream leaders, Data Lake reporting, and Finance ecosystems. Map existing and future processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model. Act as the subject matter expert for Finance processes and supporting applications, gathering requirements and collaborating with partners for prioritizations to drive business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize ways the product can support internal processes and business users efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience. 2. A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
