Job Description
Spearhead innovative product development by identifying and creating new product concepts tailored to address critical market demands. Convert client challenges into scalable and repeatable solutions, constructing comprehensive business cases that outline market size, revenue potential, and necessary investments. Define strategic pricing and packaging that aligns with customer value. Champion a client-focused approach by directly engaging with advertisers, brands, agencies, and partners to deeply understand their evolving needs. Infuse a strong advertiser/brand perspective into the product development lifecycle, utilizing structured methodologies such as Jobs-to-Be-Done to differentiate scalable opportunities from isolated requests. Drive cross-portfolio innovation by reimagining how Experian's core capabilities in identity, data, and activation can be integrated into uniquely differentiated offerings. Discover whitespace opportunities across diverse industries including Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, B2B, and Automotive, as well as emerging verticals. Expand Experian's reach by identifying avenues into new verticals, customer segments, and use cases, collaborating closely with product teams to transition validated concepts into effective roadmap execution.
Qualifications
1. Possess 8+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related industries. 2. Have 2+ years of experience in Retail Media. 3. Experience working at a brand or advertiser, with a deep understanding of marketer needs. 4. Strong knowledge of: a. Audience activation and identity b. First-party data strategies c. DSPs, SSPs, and social platforms 5. AI capabilities that can be embedded within new solutions. 6. Experience developing business cases, including market sizing and revenue modeling. 7. Proven ability to take new ideas from concept to validated opportunity.
