Director, Product Marketing – Europe

Job Description

This role involves translating product line strategies and financial goals into actionable growth plans, focusing on market expansion, pricing optimization, and value creation. Responsibilities include defining sales campaigns to meet growth and financial targets, aligning product-specific actions with industry growth plans, and leveraging global content for customized campaigns. Coordinating with Business Development Managers, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and adjusting strategies based on results are crucial. Additional duties involve managing financial targets, ensuring system readiness for product introductions, and conducting market assessments to adapt positioning and investment strategies. Collaboration with global product managers is essential for identifying growth opportunities and product differentiation.

Qualifications

1. Experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, or growth initiatives within industrial, technology, or solutions environments. 2. Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable regional plans and sales campaigns. 3. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience across sales, marketing, and product teams. 4. Comfortable in technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal partners. 5. Excellent communication skills, able to influence across cultures and geographies. 6. Experience in a regional or global matrix organization (preferred). 7. Exposure to value-based selling, pricing strategies, and portfolio lifecycle management (preferred). 8. Experience supporting product launches and managing product transitions (preferred). 9. Ability to lead through influence and navigate cultural diversity across Europe (preferred).
