Director, Pricing Engine Solutions

Job Description

ATPCO is seeking a Director to lead the vision, strategy, development, and execution of our Pricing Engine solution portfolio. This role involves partnering with Technology, Architecture, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Strategy teams. The Director will lead high-performing teams, prioritize the portfolio, and maintain execution discipline. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide senior leadership on portfolio direction and represent ATPCO as a leader in airline pricing. You will be responsible for building and developing high-performing talent.

Qualifications

1. Own Pricing Engine Strategy and Delivery 2. Lead ongoing market discovery to identify unmet customer needs 3. Champion a disciplined approach to buyer and user insights 4. Balance near-term delivery needs with longer-term platform evolution 5. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, cost effective, accurate, and production-ready 6. Establish clear governance, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making discipline 7. Represent ATPCO as a product and solution leader in airline pricing
