Construct and execute thorough project management systems, utilizing technology and workflow optimization to boost project throughput. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through technical implementations, migrations, and upgrades. Cultivate a high-performing team of project professionals, encouraging continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence. Forge strategic alliances with key teams to guarantee smooth project execution and business alignment. Champion the use of cutting-edge project management platforms and automation tools to maximize transparency, efficiency, and customer impact. Establish sophisticated metrics frameworks and predictive analytics systems to evaluate PMO effectiveness and drive strategic optimization. Prioritize exceptional customer experience, proactive communication, and systematic monitoring of customer sentiment. Provide insights on delivery scalability to support company expansion goals, ensuring projects surpass expectations. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification required. Master's degree preferred. 2. 10+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in leadership within SaaS or tech, scaling PMO operations through optimization and automation. 3. Expertise in SaaS project management environments, including implementations, integrations, deployments, and upgrades. Understanding of SaaS business models and customer success metrics. 4. Proven success in building and leading project management teams, with performance management capabilities. 5. Strong background in designing scalable project management frameworks, governance structures, and automation tools. Proficiency in project management platforms and CRM systems. 6. Ability to translate business strategy into operational excellence, with experience in capacity planning and ROI analysis. 7. Exceptional communication skills to engage executives and cross-functional teams. 8. Demonstrated ability to implement quality assurance processes. 9. Experience in contact center technology, workforce management, or business process optimization preferred. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or Change Management valued.
