Job Description

Seeking a Director to lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications strategy at Michael Baker International. This role involves overseeing roadmap development, standards, implementations, and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud and supporting platforms. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery across all project phases, establishing a robust application service delivery model, and partnering with business functions to align IT plans. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate emerging capabilities to enhance productivity and user experience. Effective communication, team leadership, and a commitment to excellence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

1. U.S. Citizenship is required. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3. 10+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise Oracle Cloud solutions, including full lifecycle transformational implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud, especially ERP and PPM expertise (consulting experience is a plus). 4. 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead multi-disciplinary teams and partners. 5. Deep hands-on functional and process knowledge across core ERP & PPM domains (ERP - Finance, Procurement, Billing & Cash; PPM - Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Resource Management). 6. Experience leading transformations from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP and PPM applications. 7. Track record of leveraging emerging technologies (RPA, IDR, Agentic AI capabilities) to improve business outcomes. Knowledge of Oracle AI Agent Studio is a big plus. 8. Strong delivery leadership across SDLC/Agile practices, including program/project planning, estimation, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration & communication. 9. Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and drive outcomes across functions and regions. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. 11. Experience managing vendors/partners and reviewing statements of work and ensuring delivery quality. 12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including leading production support and troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
