Director, Omnichannel Marketing
Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Omnichannel Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple disease states. This role involves crafting integrated customer experiences via websites, email, CRM, and social media. You'll align plans with brand strategy, manage omnichannel campaigns, and oversee content development. Responsibilities include leveraging data analytics to measure performance, collaborating with analytics and marketing operations teams, and leading agency partners. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and supporting patient engagement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2. At least 15 years of experience in marketing, omnichannel, digital marketing, or commercial roles within the biopharma industry (or 12 years with a Master’s degree). 3. Demonstrated experience developing and executing omnichannel strategies. 4. Proven track record of supporting product launches and lifecycle management. 5. Experience in rare disease and/or endocrinology is highly desirable. 6. Strong leadership skills for cross-functional teams. 7. Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and marketing technology ecosystems. 8. Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and complex project timelines. 9. Excellent communication skills. 10. Understanding of FDA regulations and the pharmaceutical promotional environment.
