Job Description

Join our team as the Director of Strategy & Growth and lead strategic initiatives for the North America Grid Automation organization. You will manage a team of growth and marketing leaders, develop market growth strategies, and lead the regional Long-Term Strategy process. This role involves acting as a liaison between sales and product teams, promoting customer opportunities, analyzing market trends, and facilitating growth campaigns to expand business outreach. You'll also lead new product and solutions requirements specification for North America, driving innovation and market penetration.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and/or Product Management. 3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in applicable markets (distribution, transmission, industrial and renewables). 4. Willingness and ability to travel as required up to 30%.
