Director of Strategic Partnerships – Growth

Job Description

Lead CookUnity's partnership GTM strategy across healthcare and corporate sectors. Forge relationships with payers, health systems, and major corporations to expand meal distribution. Manage sales cycles, build partnership frameworks, and drive B2B product roadmap. Expected to close deals and later build and lead partnership/account management teams to execute at scale. Collaborate on pricing and contract structures to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership with a track record of closing complex deals. 2. Experience building partnership channels from scratch. 3. Cross-vertical exposure in healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors preferred. 4. Proven ability to close deals with major platforms and Fortune 500 companies. 5. Builder mindset with strong GTM instincts. 6. Excellent negotiation skills.
