Director of Strategic Accounts – Veterinary Corporations
Job Description
Drive growth across corporate veterinary groups as a Director of Strategic Accounts. This role involves identifying and prioritizing corporate veterinary groups and consolidators to build a qualified pipeline. Manage complex sales cycles, from initial engagement through close, including solution design and pricing. Develop account strategies aligned to customer business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and driving issue resolution. Lead executive business reviews and negotiate enterprise agreements to support profitable growth and customer success. Orchestrate onboarding and implementation to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
Qualifications
1. Proven ability to lead full deal cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. 2. 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success (animal health or adjacent B2B services preferred). 3. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-location and/or corporate accounts with multiple decision-makers. 4. Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 5. Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret performance reporting and translate insights into action plans. 6. Comfort partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Legal. 7. Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives; prior people management experience is a plus. 8. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
