Become a key player at Rational Dynamics, where you'll steer the complete product lifecycle. Collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams, forging strong relationships to fully understand user needs. Lead the creation of fast prototypes, engaging demos, and fluid workflow experiments, turning complex customer needs into a coherent and forward-thinking product strategy. Guide and expand a team of adept product leaders, fostering their growth and effectiveness. Work hand-in-hand with our Engineering, Research, and Field Deployment teams. Set clear product priorities supported by solid judgment and create solid customer feedback loops. Help shape Rational Dynamic’s evolving product culture and develop meaningful metrics to manage and guide team execution, ensuring all product decisions are based on a deep understanding of market needs and user expectations.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in product management leadership. 2. Proven ability to manage and develop teams of product leaders, enhancing their capabilities and contributions. 3. History of end-to-end product ownership, demonstrating full lifecycle involvement. 4. Experience in personally prototyping products and workflows with modern AI-native tools. 5. Technical fluency and sound product judgment, ensuring quality and relevance. 6. Adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to new challenges. 7. Clear and collaborative communication skills, fostering teamwork and understanding. 8. Hands-on approach with a strong desire and ability to execute. 9. Ability to develop and communicate insights effectively, informing decisions and strategies. 10.
