Job Description
Lead Ashby's People function, which includes the HRBP and HR Generalist teams. Improve people-focused documentation and implement continuous improvement. Create performance processes and frameworks for talent evaluation and growth. Scale people services, practices, and processes as the company grows. Collaborate with the Product Team to provide feedback. Ensure HR policies comply with laws and maintain accurate employee records. Use automation and AI to maximize efficiency gains.
Qualifications
1. Built and led a people team to support a SaaS company scaling from ~500 to over 1000 employees. 2. Intrigued by the impact of technology on people in every aspect of work. 3. Build exceptional processes, people, and environments. 4. Possess excellent communication skills. 5. Understand stakeholders' motivations and help them achieve their goals. 6. Willing to craft tactical and strategic solutions (e.g., onboarding issues, scaling from 500-1000 employees). 7. Maintain high standards and hold others accountable. 8. Demonstrate empathy for employees. 9. Capable of playing HRBP where necessary and have experience in a typical people function (e.g., Total Rewards). 10. Excited to shape the People team.
