Job Description

Join MolecuLight Inc. as the Director of Medical Communications, where you will lead the development and dissemination of clinical evidence. You'll be responsible for: 1. Managing MolecuLight’s clinical evidence and maintaining a publication compendium. 2. Analyzing evidence to identify gaps and opportunities for investigation. 3. Serving as a subject matter expert for Marketing, Reimbursement, Regulatory, and Quality departments. 4. Strategizing and executing publication deliverables, and fostering relationships with KOLs and investigators. 5. Guiding clinical study messaging and data analysis. 6. Ensuring clinical investigations align with business objectives and results are promptly shared. 7. Overseeing manuscript preparation and submission. 8. Communicating study findings and creating evidence-based content for internal use. 9. Ensuring scientific accuracy in messaging. 10. Managing conference participation. 11. Maintaining operational excellence and compliance. 12. Leading projects to timely completion. 13. Ensuring data presentation is clear and accurate. 14. Contributing to improvements and solving problems. 15. Monitoring the external environment and supporting Medical Affairs and CMO objectives.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1. A postgraduate degree in a relevant scientific, health, medical communications, or tech-related field (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD). 2. Significant (5+ years) experience in medical communications and scientific writing. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and medical writers. 4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 5. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytics. 7. High computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and reference management software (EndNote, Mendeley). 8. Superior slide deck design skills. 9. Expertise in databases, diagnostics, imaging, microbiology, and statistical analysis is strongly desired.
