We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategies across employer, broker, and health system channels. This role involves campaign execution, channel optimization, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include leading a marketing team, developing execution plans, managing priorities, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, and maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2. 7-12 years of experience in digital, growth marketing, or marketing operations. 3. Strong background in design and creative execution for digital channels. 4. Experience with website management and conversion optimization. 5. Hands-on experience with social media execution and content. 6. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. 7. Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs. 8. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 10. Experience in healthcare or B2B environments is a plus.
