Job Description

Spearhead the architecture and expansion of enablement programs, spanning from initial onboarding to advanced Value Selling strategies. Adapt global enablement initiatives for regional success, tailoring content to align with local market maturity, linguistic nuances, and business cultures. Analyze skill gaps within the sales team to enhance overall performance. Serve as the primary strategic partner to Americas Regional Directors, aligning enablement KPIs with regional revenue objectives. Lead a top-tier onboarding experience that accelerates 'Time-to-Productivity' for new hires. Champion the adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodology to ensure uniformity in pipeline qualification and transaction execution. Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver training on new features within the Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud. Monitor and report on the impact of enablement efforts through CRM and Sales Engagement tools.

Qualifications

1. Possess 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment. 2. Have 3+ years of experience leading sales teams and managing remote staff across the Americas. 3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the North American sales landscape, including regional business practices and the competitive cybersecurity market. 4. Be proficient with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS platforms. Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is highly desirable.
