Take ownership of product outcomes for your teams as a Director of Engineering. Define success metrics for your platform areas. Mentor, manage, and lead direct reports, fostering their development. Champion AI as a core product capability and development practice. Advocate for and implement best practices in development, testing, and DevOps methodologies. Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential. 2. Possess 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams within Agile delivery environments. 3. Must have a strong foundation in software development and technical depth. 4. Experience operating in a regulated compliance environment is needed. 5. Must be comfortable owning product direction and strategy. 6. Demonstrate an inquisitive nature and a passion for continuous learning. 7. Hands-on experience in driving the adoption of AI-assisted development practices. 8. A solid understanding of B2B2C business models.
