Director of Development – Membership

Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for fundraising, membership growth, sponsorship acquisition, and grant applications at the National Association of Evangelicals. Manage annual fundraising plans to enhance donor engagement and retention. Cultivate and solicit major donors, while expanding the major donor portfolio. Serve as a primary contact for current and prospective members. Facilitate strategic planning meetings and execute cultivation events to build community and support.

Qualifications

1. Possess a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. 2. Agree to and affirm the NAE Statement of Faith. 3. Have a minimum of 3 years of professional development experience. 4. Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Exhibit organizational and interpersonal skills. 6. Be willing to work as part of a team. 7. Show flexibility to adjust to the needs of a small office. 8. Have the capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed.
