Lead and mentor a team of HR Strategy Consultants with a focus on dignity, respect, and professional advancement. Achieve weekly and annual targets by skillfully allocating resources within your team. Steer a diverse client portfolio, acting as the strategic mastermind for their HR and integration challenges. Champion hands-on consultative services that reflect Compass's commitment to excellence. Expertly manage client requests across key HR functions—from employee relations and compliance to talent strategy and organizational design.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree is essential; an MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is advantageous. 2. Possess a minimum of 12 years of increasing responsibility in HR, talent management, or organizational development. Prior experience as a Director or higher in consulting or in-house HR is strongly desired. 3. Demonstrated ability to address and fulfill client needs across a broad spectrum of HR areas, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, organizational design, compensation architecture, talent acquisition and strategy, coaching, mediations, management training, job description architecture, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS technology implementation, performance management, employee engagement, and culture, strategy, and change management. 4. Prior consulting experience is highly preferred. 5. Adaptable to a dynamic schedule and varied client base. 6. Proven track record of seamlessly transitioning between high-level management and tactical client engagement is necessary. 7. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or comparable certifications are advantageous.
