Job Description

This Director of Business Development role will focus on growing revenue for Wallet Partner & Physical Credential programs. The successful candidate will identify opportunities with new and existing partners, implement co-sales and co-marketing strategies, and provide regular revenue forecasts. Key responsibilities include: 1. Identifying new Wallet & LEAF end-user projects and introducing relevant partners. 2. Educating the integrator community on bundled offers and tracking their performance. 3. Serving as the primary contact for Wallet & LEAF Credential partners, addressing inquiries, and offering support. 4. Managing participant enrollment, registration, and communication effectively. 5. Fostering an inclusive environment for all program participants. 6. Tracking attendance, engagement, and progress metrics. 7. Identifying strategic partnerships, especially within the IT credential ecosystem/FIDO2. 8. Managing program budgets and related expenses. 9. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. 10. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. 11. Supporting program staff and promoting effective team communication. 12. Evaluating program effectiveness and contributing to reports. 13. Building strong relationships with partners and representing Wavelynx at relevant events.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is required. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account or partner management is essential. 3. Proven experience in executing partner-based programs, ideally within the physical access control industry. 4. Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities are needed. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are a must-have. 6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot CRM is necessary.
