Job Description

This role involves overseeing the complete execution of new store openings, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. It requires ensuring all new stores are operationally ready at launch, with strong foundations in staffing, training, inventory, and systems. It also needs partnering with Retail Operations to align on store standards and influencing store formats to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency and providing continuous support during transitions into operations.

Qualifications

1. Requires 7-10+ years of experience in leading new store openings. 2. Proven experience in field operations and large-scale project execution is needed. 3. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) is necessary. 4. Strong project management skills are essential. 5. The ability to translate timelines into operational plans is critical. 6. Cross-functional leadership experience is important. 7. A hands-on, in-store leadership style is preferred. 8. The ability to problem-solve in real-time is important. 9. Operational and business acumen is required. 10. Exceptional organization and communication skills are vital. 11. High level of ownership and accountability is crucial. 12.
