Director, National Accounts
Job Description
The Director of National Accounts will: Achieve corporate sales goals within assigned targeted customers. Forecast sales and other success factors as established by senior leadership. Negotiate, execute, and manage resource deployment, cost to serve, and other KPIs as defined by senior leadership. Develop and execute customer business plans for targeted customers through needs assessment. Oversee the executive briefing process ensuring relevance, timeliness, and alignment with all stakeholders. Communicate clearly with all internal stakeholders to clarify account objectives and ensure accountability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is preferred. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare/medical aesthetics. 3. At least 5 years of successful sales management or equivalent leadership experience. 4. Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring colleagues without direct authority. 5. Must demonstrate excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams. 6. Proven history of identifying opportunities and goals with target customers. 7. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to the pharma/biotech industry. 8. Market planning/strategy development experience. 9. Strong organizational leadership skills, including planning and organization across divisions, both internally and externally.
