Director, Marketing Operations
Job Description
Assume full responsibility for the marketing operations function, which includes campaign and inbound infrastructure, lead routing, scoring models, lifecycle stages, attribution, and cross-functional workflow coordination. Establish and maintain operating cadences, such as weekly reviews, quarterly planning, and capacity management, to ensure team alignment and accountability. Enhance marketing team operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational friction, and accelerate campaign execution. Oversee funnel analytics, from initial website interaction to closed-won revenue, covering traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and bookings. Develop and update executive-ready dashboards that display pipeline sourcing, conversion performance, and progress against targets. Pinpoint and address conversion gaps, including inbound conversion rates, demo-to-BDR handoff speed, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, suggesting changes to drive growth and proactively identifying potential issues. Manage and optimize the HubSpot-Salesforce architecture, ensuring accurate configuration of tracking structures like UTMs and CRM campaign structures, and provide the team with clear visibility into campaign performance. Implement and enforce campaign taxonomy, naming conventions, and data governance standards to support scalable, accurate reporting. Create dynamic audience segments that enable LINQ to deliver personalized, school-specific messaging across email, website, and nurture tracks. Work with the web team to optimize conversion tracking, lead capture infrastructure, and lead routing from the website to BDRs. Utilize AI tools as an integral part of the workflow, automating reporting, speeding up analysis, and helping marketing teams extract insights from data. Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to optimize lead-to-BDR handoff, speed-to-lead, and qualification logic, and establish shared accountability frameworks. Represent Marketing in cross-functional planning discussions, integrating funnel data, pipeline pacing, and campaign performance into revenue forecasting and GTM planning discussions with Finance and RevOps. Translate marketing data into clear narratives for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of funnel analytics, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline modeling. 4. Have experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and PO/invoice workflows. 5. Possess a proven ability to develop reporting frameworks that meet executive scrutiny. 6. Have experience supporting revenue forecasting through funnel analytics. 7. Familiarity with K-12 or other highly seasonal B2B buying cycles is advantageous. 8.
