Director, Marketing – HCP Omnichannel Engagement and Execution

Job Description

Join our team as Director, Marketing, and drive digital engagement for healthcare professionals. Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies, including email campaigns, programmatic media, brand website, and search. Manage speaker programs, cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, and oversee congress activities. Ensure compliant promotion through partnership with medical, legal, and regulatory teams. Optimize digital programs using performance insights and deliver regular reporting on impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience. 2. Experience with PromoMats or equivalent MLR review system. 3. Strong experience in digital and omnichannel pharmaceutical marketing, including media planning and agency management. 4. Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance optimization. 5. Understanding of pharma promotional regulations. 6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Proven initiative and ability to work independently. 8. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; pharmaceutical launch, KOL, congress, or heart failure experience.
