Shape the future of marketing at HackerOne! As the Director of Marketing Automations, you will architect and scale an AI-Native Marketing-to-Revenue Engine. Turn signal, intent, and performance data into action. Focus on ICP, segmentation, and account prioritization. Design and evolve the AI-Enabled Marketing Technology Architecture to increase the speed, predictability, and quality of outcomes.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS 2. Demonstrated experience redesigning marketing operating models to support enterprise demand generation 3. Proven ability to embed AI or advanced analytics into real marketing workflows 4. Experience leading and evolving complex marketing technology ecosystems including MAP, intent data, enrichment, and CRM integration 5. Strong analytical rigor with demonstrated data-driven decision making, translating complex funnel data into strategic growth recommendations 6. Experience continuously optimizing ICP frameworks through data-driven attribution and enrichment analysis 7. Executive presence with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
