Job Description

Lead the strategic design of new Go-To-Market (GTM) capabilities and systemic process improvements. Act as the key GTM stakeholder for all system and process transformations. Develop the GTM AI roadmap to automate key tasks and enhance efficiency. Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and clean reporting. Define detailed business requirements, process flows, and comprehensive user stories. Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization framework for GTM initiatives. Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework to ensure quality and alignment. Manage the strategic prioritization of the GTM tech stack to optimize performance. Design and lead 'Voice of the Field' programs to gather crucial insights.

Qualifications

1. Requires 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Business Systems, or Management Consulting. 2. Must have 2+ years of experience in people management. 3. Extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem is essential. 4. Proven experience with AI use cases within revenue organizations is required. 5. Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts is necessary. 6. Demonstrated ability to understand sales and productivity design. 7. Strong communication and influence skills are crucial.
