Job Description

Take the helm in shaping CHAI's AI transformation strategy. Spearhead and streamline operational initiatives that cut across various departments. Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements within CHAI's operational framework. Exercise high-level oversight of CHAI's global safety and security protocols. Establish and refine a robust knowledge management system. Guide and mentor a dynamic Global Operations team.

Qualifications

1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, complemented by a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience. 2. A strong background as an operational generalist is essential. 3. Must demonstrate a practical understanding of AI tools. 4. Have a proven track record in leading change management or organizational transformation projects. 5. Should exhibit the capability to develop and manage high-performing teams. 6. Must express a willingness to undertake international travel, accounting for up to 30% annually.
