Director, Corporate FP&A

Job Description

As the Director of Corporate FP&A, you will lead the annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes across the company. You'll oversee global top-line forecasting, encompassing bookings, billings, and revenue. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated financial models, driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, and owning monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership, lenders, and the Board of Directors. Your insights will connect current performance to long-term strategy, establishing key SaaS metrics and scalable dashboards to monitor business health, ultimately improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including Corporate FP&A leadership 2. Strong background in B2B SaaS or cloud-based technology companies 3. Experience supporting global technology companies in the ~$500M+ revenue range preferred 4. Proven track record partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategy 5. Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics 6. Strong systems experience (e.g., Anaplan, Salesforce) 7. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (Alteryx/ SQL) 8. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights 9. Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders 10. Experience building and developing high-performing teams 11. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 12. MBA or CPA preferred.
