Job Description

Spearhead revenue achievement by collaborating with hotel Directors of Sales and Marketing (DOSMs) to establish and meet yearly revenue objectives across diverse market sectors. Offer strategic market insights by scrutinizing supply/demand patterns, economic metrics, and competitor actions to refine revenue strategies. Generate new business via external sales engagements, hotel site visits, and client interactions, securing a robust sales pipeline. Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their evolving demands and guaranteeing contentment. Promote brand initiatives and execute nationwide sales campaigns to amplify visibility and market presence. Ensure precision in sales data management and reporting by leveraging sales technologies to monitor, predict, and communicate performance, maintaining meticulous documentation within brand systems. Craft booking and performance evaluations to aid in managerial decision-making and boost operational effectiveness. Maintain open lines of communication with property DOSMs and stakeholders to synchronize objectives and ensure proprietor satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Transient, Government, TMC, and Consortia Markets, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel setting. 2. Possess 3 or more years of experience and training in TravelClick and/or Kalibri Labs for customer intelligence and sales efforts, with a demonstrated track record of success. 3. Demonstrate an intermediate to proficient understanding of systems such as Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Delphi, Opera, and Tableau. 4. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality/Hotel, or a related field, preferred. 5. Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects, efficiently allocate time, demonstrate resourcefulness, and effectively incorporate feedback. 6. Possess excellent writing and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 7. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines. 8. Demonstrate an independent and proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. 9. Possess the ability to travel as required.
