Director, Commercial Finance

Job Description

Lead and manage the annual operating plan (AOP) execution for the regions. Serve as a key finance partner to the senior leadership, offering insights, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations. Assess and refine revenue streams, commercial investments, and market strategies for maximum profitable growth. Spearhead product profitability and margin enhancement projects. Partner with Credit & Collections and Commercial leadership to improve working capital management. Supervise quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, and financial insights. Drive finance transformation and continuous improvement efforts. Foster and mentor a high-performing Commercial Finance team.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in partnering with Senior leadership within a global organization. 2. Advanced skills in analytical and financial modeling. 3. Expertise in systems and tools like SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Ability to influence strategic decisions and manage cross-functional initiatives globally. 5. Exceptional communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse audiences. 6. Highly organized, results-driven, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strategic thinker with operational focus, committed to simplification, transparency, and measurable business impact.
