Director, CoC Pharmacy Revenue Cycle

Job Description

Take charge of enhancing the revenue cycle for the continuum of care business unit. Boost revenue and expedite the revenue timeline by refining the pharmacy contract connectivity process. Ensure precision, adherence, and effectiveness in all operational procedures. Manage a team of committed experts. Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Oversee daily operations of pharmacy GPO programs. Relay results to the Continuum of Care leadership team. Devise, implement, and steer intricate action plans. Track key performance indicators (KPIs). Handle contract connection lifecycle processes. Foster efficiency via automation and workflow improvements. Team up with sales, contracting, finance, and IT departments. Supervise and guide a team of pharmacy analysts.

Qualifications

1. Requires 7 or more years of applicable experience. 2. Possess excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. 4. Exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities. 5. Show expertise in GPO Operations, pharmacy contracting, supply chain or healthcare distribution. 6. Show expertise in contract implementation and pricing validation. 7. Have a strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution models, GPO contract structures, and supplier/distributor relationships. 8. Have proven ability to lead operational teams and manage complex workflows. 9. Hold a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
