Job Description
Drive strategic client expansion and retention as the Director of Client Strategy and Growth at Hello Heart. Collaborate with customer success, consultant relationships, and partnership teams to build retention and expansion strategies. Cultivate relationships with key client decision-makers to optimize the Hello Heart experience. Conduct market analysis and stay informed on industry trends to enhance product-market fit. Take responsibility for revenue retention and drive revenue growth through strategic expansions and negotiations.
Qualifications
1. MBA is essential. 2. Minimum of 3 years in management/strategy consulting, including at least 1 year as an engagement manager or project leader. 3. 5+ years of expertise in healthcare, digital health, population health, or a related sector. 4. Start-up experience is highly valued. 5. Proven success in retaining and expanding accounts. 6. Exceptional relationship development and organizational navigation abilities. 7. Proficient negotiation skills, adept at overcoming challenges. 8. Detail-oriented approach. 9. Fluent in GenAI. 10. Willingness to travel (30-50%).
