Job Description

Join Guardant Health as a Director of Client Services and lead a high-performing team of Key Account Specialists and managers. Drive national performance for the Client Services-Key Account Program, establishing customized service levels and KPIs. Identify systemic issues, implement scalable solutions, and build training programs to ensure exceptional client experiences across all sites and territories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with account plans and ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or an analytical field is essential; an advanced degree is preferred. 2. Must have 15+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, biotechnology, or medical devices. 3. Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in managing remote, geographically diverse technical field teams. 4. Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Software, Clinical Operations, and Product teams. 5. Deep knowledge in designing and troubleshooting clinical and operational workflows, especially in EMR (e.g., Epic) and CRM (SFDC) systems. 6. Excellent analytical skills and experience in building reports, dashboards, and KPIs to identify and resolve problems. 7. Proven ability to handle complex escalations for high-impact clients. 8. Willingness to travel domestically to customer sites and Guardant Health offices.
