Job Description

As a Director, Client Partner, you will be entrusted with end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts, presenting strategic insights at key client touchpoints. You will build and maintain strong relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders. Your role involves connecting investment and testing recommendations to tangible, measurable outcomes, driving performance, ensuring transparency, and converting insights into actionable decisions. A deep understanding of the Bliss Point App Suite is crucial. You will define clear success measures for each objective and collaborate with Analytics/Econometrics to design robust measurement approaches. You will also promote a culture of accountability, setting clear goals, providing timely feedback, and coaching team members to achieve peak performance.

Qualifications

1. Requires 10+ years of client leadership experience within performance marketing (enterprise/upper-mid). 2. Requires 4+ years of people leadership experience, managing both individual contributors and managers. 3. Proven ability to lead executive relationships and set expectations effectively. 4. Must have cross-channel proficiency across Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, and Lifecycle/CRM. 5. Bliss Point fluency (or similar): capable of translating MMM, Incrementality, Forecasting, Brand, and Creative insights into strategic investment and testing decisions. 6. Financial fluency: ability to interpret margin/utilization, pricing constructs, staffing/capacity signals, and forecasts; holding Operations/Finance accountable for excellence.
