Director, Business Transformation
Job Description
Lead business transformation programs enterprise-wide at Sedgwick. Shape transformation strategy and sponsor AI initiatives. Partner with VPs and executive leaders to establish governance and drive data-driven decision-making. Build ROI-focused business cases.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. 2. Business transformation and/or AI certifications are preferred. 3. Seven to ten (7-10) years of related experience in business transformation. 4. Management consulting and/or enterprise transformation experience within B2B environments. 5. Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) is highly desirable.
