Job Description

Seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead our NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems. Architect scalable solutions across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, defining platform standards and translating business needs into technical roadmaps. Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability, leading a global team across NA, LATAM, and EU. Drive change management, improve workflows, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 7 years experience in Business Systems or IT. 2. Extensive knowledge of NetSuite or Salesforce; proficiency in both is preferable. 3. Proven record of successfully leading intricate implementations. 4. 3+ years experience in managing global teams. 5. Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash processes, including CPQ, CLM, and billing. 6. Exposure to integration platforms, with Boomi experience preferred. 7. Exceptional executive communication abilities. 8. Capable of influencing stakeholders from various functional areas. 9. Experience driving organizational change.
