Director, Business Systems

Job Description

Lead Armada's enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP/Finance, CRM & GTM stack, and HRIS. Drive measurable improvements in cycle time, data quality, and user experience. Design systems for clean, auditable processes. Govern system connections (APIs, iPaaS). Partner with data teams for trustworthy reporting. Automate internal workflows with AI. Establish operating model, own system controls, and manage vendor relationships. Build and lead a high-impact Business Systems team.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years in Business Systems or related roles. 2. Experience owning and scaling core systems across Finance, GTM, People, Operations. 3. Understanding of enterprise platforms: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP/Finance (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), HRIS/ATS (Workday, Rippling, Greenhouse). 4. Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs. 5. Solid integration and data fluency. 6. Strong change management instincts. 7. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
