Join Capital One as a Director of Business Development and play a pivotal role in expanding our Retail Media presence. Forge partnerships with leading merchants, guiding them to success with Capital One Ad Solutions. Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, leveraging industry connections to engage prospective brand and agency partners. Identify diverse revenue streams within each brand organization to cultivate and expand relationships. Collaborate with sales counterparts to shape the Retail Media roadmap, ensuring seamless delivery of product and marketing materials to clients. Craft compelling value propositions through impactful executive-level presentations and proposals. Travel for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

1. Requires at least 5 years of experience in Retail Media. 2. Requires at least 12 years of experience in a strategic client-facing sales or account management role. 3. Requires at least 8 years of experience reviewing or analyzing data. 4. Requires a Bachelor's Degree. 5. Requires 10+ years of Retail Media experience. 6. Requires 10+ years of affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing experience. 7. Requires 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role. 8. Proven track record of managing, selling, and developing relationships with Strategic Merchants. 9. Experience managing technical sales and integrations. 10. Demonstrated success selling and managing merchants on sophisticated ad platforms. 11. Strong data, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
