Job Description
Drive Lumen's next phase of expansion as a transaction advisor. Achieve and surpass quarterly and yearly booking objectives. Establish connections with high-level decision-makers in real estate and investment firms. Handle the entire deal process: prospecting, discovery, financial modeling, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution. Guide clients through competitive bidding processes and crucial contract discussions. Represent Lumen at industry events and executive-level meetings. Maintain organized CRM and pipeline records. Convert client requirements into valuable platform feedback.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate (brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, asset management), investment banking, private equity, or a related deal-focused industry. 2. Proficiency in NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, and lease economics. 3. Possess both sophistication and humility, capable of engaging with CFOs and REIT CEOs while valuing all individuals. 4. Demonstrate persistence and a long-term perspective. 5. Exhibit creative deal-making skills, identifying connections and structuring deals innovatively. 6. Display entrepreneurial drive, comfortable operating without rigid guidelines and contributing to the development of new strategies.
